  • Support & Training: Provide hands-on ICT support and training to staff, enhancing their confidence and proficiency with technology in both educational and administrative tasks.
  • Cybersecurity: Implement robust cybersecurity measures and protocols to safeguard our data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Innovation & Development: Drive digital transformation projects that improve our operational efficiency and educational offerings, from digital classrooms to streamlined administrative processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Expertise: Background in ICT management, with a focus on educational or non-profit settings being a plus.
  • Problem-Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement effective solutions in dynamic environments.
  • Excellent Communicator: Able to translate complex technical information into accessible guidance for staff with varying levels of tech proficiency.
  • Passionate about Education: A commitment to making a positive impact on children's and families’ lives through technology.
  • Adaptable Leader: Ready to lead our ICT initiatives with a proactive approach, adapting to new challenges with creativity and resilience.
