What skills and experience we're looking for
Key requirements of this role are:
- Respond to and prioritise routine and emergency ICT requests
- Ensure that output and quality of work is of a high standard and complies with current legislation / standards
- Use and update the online ticket system for issues that have been logged
- Check IT equipment is clean and fit for use
- To assist in the maintenance of the IT inventory

Originally established as Buckler's Mead School in 1957, Buckler’s Mead Academy is now a successful 11- 16 academy where we pride ourselves on providing an inspiring education for all. This is achieved through a strong sense of community, providing a wide range of opportunities, ensuring students enjoy school and are ultimately successful in their chosen field.
