What skills and experience we're looking for
Job overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, positive and self-motivated administrator to provide highly effective and professional secretarial and administrative support for the SENDCO and Inclusion Team. The successful applicant will join a friendly and professional team who are committed to supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), attendance and safeguarding needs to access their curriculum entitlement and reach their full potential. Job requirements Tall Oaks Academy is an inclusive, busy, harmonious and supportive working environment where all staff and pupils are valued and encouraged to contribute. The role requires resilience, flexibility and a proactive and enthusiastic promotion of a positive work ethic and team spirit. The everyday administrative duties include sending correspondence to outside agencies, preparing relevant documents for meetings, scheduling appointments and supporting the Inclusion Team in matters relating to special needs, attendance, healthcare safeguarding and welfare. The Trust is looking for candidates to apply for this role who have practical experience of working in an admin role.
