The academy has been part of Outwood Grange Academies Trust, nationally recognised as a high performing academy chain, since September 2014.
Outwood Academy Bydales is seeking to recruit an Inclusion Administrator Apprentice to join our Deep Support team. As part of the apprenticeship you will complete an NVQ Level II or III in Business Administration with LMP Education.
This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in both working with young people in education and an administration role. As an Inclusion Administrator Apprentice you will provide administrative support to the SENDCO, Inclusion Co-ordinator and wider Deep Support team.The successful candidate must be polite and hardworking with the willingness and ability to learn new skills and support our SEND students. In addition to the NVQ there will also be many other CPD opportunities relating to SEND and supporting students with their learning.
We believe that all teaching and support staff posts within our Family of Schools are key posts in terms of supporting student success and achievement across a broad range of subjects and experiences. As such we are keen to recruit dedicated and ambitious professionals who will add value to our Academy in both academic terms and through involvement in the fabric of learning and success beyond the classroom.

The academy has been part of Outwood Grange Academies Trust, nationally recognised as a high performing academy chain, since September 2014.
Our predecessor Bydales School was in special measures and joined Outwood Grange Academies Trust in February 2015. Since then the school has rapidly transformed. In 2018, alongside our Outstanding Ofsted judgement, students achieved incredible results with 89% securing 4+ in both English and Maths. Our Progress 8 and Attainment 8 scores were both the highest in the North East of England, at +0.75 and 59.1 respectively. Likewise, 77% of students securing at least a 5 in both English and Maths, was also the highest in the North East in 2018
