Inclusion and Intervention Coordinator

We are looking to recruit a Support to Learn Co-ordinator (33 hours and 45 minutes per week), as part of our Inclusion & Intervention team to work closely alongside our high performing pastoral team. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

 • An ability to work with and supervise small groups of young people and on a one to one basis. 

• Strong behaviour management skills including an ability to form excellent working relationships with young people.

 • An ability to break down tasks / activities to assist students in their learning.

 • An unconditional positive regard for young people.
