What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inclusion Centre Manager to join our school. As an Inclusion Centre Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a culture of inclusion to support the academic and social-emotional needs of all students.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement the school’s behaviour policy and strategies to promote positive behaviour.
  • Monitor and evaluate the behaviour of students with challenging behaviour and develop individualised behaviour plans.
  • Provide training and support to staff on effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with external agencies, parents/carers and other stakeholders to ensure students receive appropriate support.
  • Support the school’s safeguarding procedures and ensure the welfare of all students
