We are seeking an experienced and skilled Inclusion
Centre Manager to join our school. As an Inclusion Centre Manager, you will be
responsible for promoting a culture of inclusion to support the academic and
social-emotional needs of all students.
- Develop and implement the school’s behaviour policy and strategies
to promote positive behaviour.
- Monitor and evaluate the behaviour of students with challenging
behaviour and develop individualised behaviour plans.
- Provide training and support to staff on effective behaviour
- Work collaboratively with external agencies, parents/carers and
other stakeholders to ensure students receive appropriate support.
- Support the school’s safeguarding procedures and ensure the
welfare of all students
