What skills and experience we're looking for
The post holder would be deployed into our Derby Hub and will work in person in our Derby Academies. They will have the opportunity to influence and shape practice across both our Derby Hub and wider across the Trust through the use of technology and as part of the Inclusion Service Team.
- have high expectations of achievement, attainment and behaviour
- be an excellent Teacher with potential to develop further in the Trust
- lead by example, inspiring and motivating children and colleagues
- have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of pupils with SEND
- support the Senior Trust Leader/Head of Inclusion Hubs in implementing the hub vision
- be committed to working partnership with all stakeholders including parents and external agencies
