Actual Salary £31,650 - £49,084 per annum (M1 to UP3) plus SEN Allowance of £2,679.
This job is {Full Time/ Part Time/ Part Time - Term Time Only:} and is offered on a Permanent basis .
Approximate start date 01/09/2025.
We are seeking a passionate Inclusion Lead to champion the progress, achievement, and wellbeing of all vulnerable groups, including pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), those eligible for the Pupil Premium and others facing barriers to learning.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across a group of first schools in the Wimborne area to drive high-quality inclusive practice, ensuring that every child can thrive and make strong, sustained progress. This is a newly established role and the successful candidate will be able to design the role to meet the needs of the schools.
Essential:
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
NASENCO / NPQ for SENDCO’s qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
-
Strong understanding of SEND, Pupil Premium strategies, and wider inclusion needs
-
Experience supporting a range of vulnerable learners
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills
-
A passion for ensuring every child makes strong and sustained progress
-
Proven outstanding teaching skills
Desirable:

Experience working across more than one setting
-
Experience in role as inclusion lead

SLT experience
