What skills and experience we're looking for
Sound knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice
Understanding of what makes ‘quality first’ teaching.
Ability to evaluate effectiveness of SEN provision
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build effective working relationships
Good organisational and record-keeping skills
Knowledge of Pupil Premium
