As Inclusion Lead, you will be responsible for the successful implementation of the school’s inclusion offer in order to secure high quality teaching for all and bring about improved standards of
achievement and attainment for children from identified vulnerable groups. You will be part of the school’s Senior Leadership team as well as a Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead. You must share our vision to enable, enrich and empower our children and have:
commitment to inclusive education and a desire to respond to and meet the needs of
all our children to overcome disadvantage and enable achievement
experience in the role of SENDCo or Inclusion Lead in a primary education setting
experience of effectively working with a range of stakeholders
the ability to professionally develop colleagues in order to improve provision and raise
achievement for vulnerable learners
It is essential that all applicants have a teaching qualification that is recognised by the DFE and have
gained or are working towards the National Award for SEN Co-ordination.
