We are delighted to offer the unique opportunity to appoint a non-class based, experienced SEND practitioner to our forward-thinking team. With a place on the leadership team and regular opportunities to work in and with other schools across the Trust, you will drive us to the next level of fully inclusive practice.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our values and who has the drive and resilience to make a real difference. You will need to have good interpersonal and communication skills and be committed to ensuring that every child has consistent access to the best possible provision.

- Has relentlessly high expectations for the learning and behaviour of all children
- Has a good knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and its practical application within and outside the classroom
- Can form excellent relationships with staff, pupils, parents and professionals
- Shows enthusiasm, flexibility and commitment
- Is prepared to work in and with others Trust schools
- Is positive, cheerful and hardworking whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance
