What skills and experience we're looking for
We require an experienced, qualified SENCo to cover a secondment for this coming academic year. Preferably available to start in November 2024, however January 2025 start would also be considered.
Under the direction of the headteacher, you will be responsible for the strategic development, operation and co-ordination of SEN policy and provision.
You will also join the school safeguarding team as a Designated Safeguarding Lead, Attendance lead and Pupil Premium lead. The successful candidate will be committed and skilled at fostering good relationships with colleagues, parents, children, the governing body, local community and outside agencies.
