What skills and experience we're looking for

To deputise for the SENDCO. Line management responsibility for Teaching Assistants. To manage the Student Support Centre. Oversee the School’s alternative provision for students.

To be successful in this role we are looking for

  • Experience in an educational setting, working directly with children and young people.
  • Experience in dealing with the complex needs of young people including those with SEND needs.
  • The successful candidate will be required to provide support and guide the education of students with challenging learning difficulties together with the academy SENDCO
