We are looking to appoint a highly organised and confident team player to join our dedicated Pastoral Team as an Inclusion Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for you to support and promote an inclusive culture throughout the College, enabling all children to achieve their best, overcoming barriers to learning and participation. You will lead a team of Pastoral Support Assistants and provide specific support to staff, students and their families by planning appropriate interventions and liaising with external agencies, where necessary.

Applicants should have leadership experience, knowledge of the secondary education system, and a proven track record of working with young people in one of a range of fields, including teaching, youth work, education welfare service, health and social services. You should also have the ability to identify potential barriers to learning and able to plan strategies to overcome barriers.
