Inclusion Manager job summary

The responsibilities of the role are:

To lead, manage and supervise academy Inclusion space’s that meet the needs of pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

To lead the inclusion space to provide targeted short-term support to allow learners to reengage positively with mainstream education.

To plan, provide and deliver appropriate learning opportunities and environment to the students in the inclusion space.

To work with senior staff to develop appropriate support strategies which allow for student progression, development and successful reintegration.
