What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Manager to work as part of our SEND team to start as soon as possible. This is a key role within the school which involves working closely with our school’s Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator and Senior Leadership Team you will provide administrative, pastoral and management support for the learning programme of our SEND pupils.

You will be responsible for liaison with external support agencies, parents, teachers and teaching assistants, and will co-ordinate information for planning and review meetings. You will need to demonstrate a caring attitude, flexibility and be able to respond to the needs of our pupils. The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, has good administrative skills and is a confident and clear communicator.

This role may suit someone with experience of working with children with SEND in class but is now looking for experience in a management and coordinator role. Or someone with excellent organisational skills and a great deal of empathy that is keen to work in a school setting.
