Inclusion Mentor job summary

An opportunity has arisen for a committed and conscientious individual to join our brilliant team and contribute to the success of our school by working as an Inclusion Mentor supporting some of our most vulnerable students, without removing them from the House system already in place.

Working for 37 hours per week 8.00am and 4.00pm, Monday to Friday, term time plus one week (39 working weeks), you will have a genuine passion and belief in the potential of every pupil.

The successful candidate will provide a learner-centred and personalised learning environment that is responsive to individual needs and circumstances to overcome personal barriers and raise aspirations.
