What skills and experience we're looking for
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To undertake the daily supervision, mentoring and supporting of students in the Inclusion Area.
- To create personalised timetables for students in the Inclusion Area.
- Be fully aware of individual student targets and provide the necessary advice, support, and guidance to enable them to be achieved.
- To ensure students continue to have access to the curriculum when working in Inclusion by liaising with Heads of Department to ensure students have access to suitable resources to support their learning.
- To support the delivery of effective intervention and support for students during their time in Inclusion under the guidance of the SENDCo and Student and Family Support Lead.
- To be familiar with Student Centered Plans and Educational Health and Care Plans, and to use this knowledge to inform support of students.
