What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Room Manager to work for the Assistant Headteacher to manage the inclusion room which accommodates students who have been removed from lessons for a fixed period of time.
The role requires that ideally you:
- Have high standards and expectations
- Have high aspirations for what young people are capable of
- Have some experience in coaching and/or mentoring
- Have excellent organisational and behaviour management skills
- Can clearly communicate with others
- Can manage small groups of students
- Are committed, enthusiastic, determined and have attention to detail
This post is a term-time appointment, 36 hours per week – with a daily start time of 8.10am and 30 minutes lunch break. Staff on term-time contracts are required to arrange their holidays within School holiday periods.
