What skills and experience we're looking for
Our Opportunity
We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Room Manager, to enhance and work within our current Pastoral Team. You will provide high quality leadership and supervision of our Internal Inclusion Room (Reflection Room). This facility will form a key element of the school’s overall Positive Behaviour for Learning Policy.
The Inclusion Manager will work to develop resources and strategies to support students embrace our vision of “Being Our Best”.
Main responsibilities will include:
- To manage and be responsible for the Internal Inclusion room
- To coordinate the production of the curriculum and restorative/reflective student work packs
- To work with the Pastoral Team promoting good behaviour
