What skills and experience we're looking for

We require an Inclusion Support Assistant to join our Pastoral Team. You will work under the direction of a Pastoral Year Leader in supporting students well being and conduct in one year group. The successful applicant will have experience of working with young people and their families and the ability to communicate effectively with students and parents / carers.

This is a fast paced job in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will have a natural empathy and warmth towards young people, whilst being able to remain authoritative and remain consistent with school policy and procedures.
