As an Inclusion Support Worker you will offer more than classroom support. You will make connections, develop relationships and help our pupils navigate the path to a better future. Thisincludes:
- Getting the classroom ready for lessons
- Listening to children read
- Helping those who need extra support
- Preparing resources
- Completing records
- Taking the lead on specific activities and sessions
- Providing learning routines at school, in the community and in the family home
