Inclusion Worker job summary
We are seeking to appoint two inspirational Inclusion Workers who are dedicated to supporting our young people reach their full potential. The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health needs. This will be achieved through high quality support and engagement, supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their independence.
