Inclusion Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic Inclusion Worker to join our dedicated team at Reach Academy.

The role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high-quality support and engagement whilst supporting learning and securing pupils' physical and emotional wellbeing whilst raising their self-esteem and encouraging independence.
