Inclusion Worker job summary

We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Worker who is dedicated to supporting our young people reach their full potential. This role will focus on providing positive and aspirational outcomes for pupils with complex social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. This will be achieved through high quality support and engagement, securing pupils' physical and mental wellbeing, whilst raising their self esteem and encouraging independence.

Our academies are welcoming, calm and purposeful and, within a nurturing ethos, our learners are stretched academically, supported pastorally and developed socially and emotionally.
