The Role:

We are looking for an Independent Learning Room Manager who will be responsible for managing a well organised and highly disciplined room for students that have been removed from the classroom for disruption. The successful candidate will support students whilst in the room by managing the behaviour and ensuring relevant work that has been provided to them is completed.

The role of the Independent Learning Room Manager is also to build positive and productive working relationships with the students to encourage them to reflect on their behaviours and to provide guidance and support to assist them in their learning, independence and social skills.
