Individual Needs Assistant job summary
We are looking for a Individual Needs Assistant for a child in Year 3. The Individual Needs Assistant role involves working every week day morning during term time only. The working hours for this role are 8.30 - 12.15 five days a week. We are looking for someone who would be committed to working with a team where learning opportunities are co-created through the collective imagination and curiosity of the group. Previous experience of working with children with autism, and a knowledge of effective strategies for supporting these children in the school environment, would be an advantage.
