What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to support an individual child in year 4, who has an autism diagnosis. This child is an incredibly intellectually curious student. The role is for 7 hrs per day 5 days per week.
The child will benefit from a person:
- With previous experience of working with children who have SEND needs.
- With the ability to work collaboratively with the teacher to provide the best possible learning opportunities for the child through adjusting the curriculum to meet the individual’s needs.
- Energy to be flexible and adapt the learning to suit the learner
