What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint a hard-working, resilient, and caring person to join our school team to work as an Individual Needs Assistant for a young person who has an additional needs profile. The role covers all aspects of their education and pastoral care, and regular communication with parents. We would really like the successful candidate to become a supportive, advocate for the young person and support them to achieve their full potential. The role of the INA is a very special one and can make the difference to a child who may not have previously been able to access their education fully.
This position is for a fixed term contract in the first instance, with the potential to be extended.
