Your role:

As an Induction Officer, you will work alongside the admissions and pastoral teams to ensure a smooth and supportive transition for new students. You will oversee in-year testing, deliver a comprehensive two-day induction program, and provide ongoing support to students’ post-induction. Your responsibilities include creating welcome packs, arranging school tours, and liaising with various teams to discuss student needs. You will also support English as an Additional Language (EAL) students and assist the Admissions Officer as required.

To excel in this role, you will need strong communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively and independently, and experience in a fast-paced office environment. You should have practical knowledge of IT packages, be able to show initiative, and have the ability to prioritise and organise tasks effectively. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
