Are you an experienced Inclusion Leader looking for a challenge in a new setting?
If yes, then Horsenden Primary School may have just the challenge for you. The Headteacher and governors are keen to appoint an experienced and passionate leader to cover the role of Deputy Headteacher for Inclusion in our large, vibrant school. Our current Deputy Headteacher is going on maternity leave providing an exciting opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience in our setting.
The right candidate will be:
- a dynamic and ambitious senior leader who has a passion for inclusion and safeguarding
- person centred and keen to develop their own and others leadership skills with regards to inclusion
- particularly interested in developing themselves as well as others for the benefit of the children of Horsenden

- to be responsible for making improvements to Quality First Teaching for all
- hold strategic leadership for safeguarding
- leadership development of the inclusion team, including SENDCo, counsellors, pupil and family worker and specialist SEN support staff
