Interim ICT Technician job summary
We are seeking a high quality ICT professional with a strong record of excellent achievement in similar roles in recent years. Based at the Academy you will be dealing with first-line PC hardware, software and network support issues; the setting up and managing of user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory and G suite; and assisting the Network Manager with various tasks and projects as required. You will be responsible for ensuring the school ICT network functions efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of the school and its users, promoting effective teaching and learning throughout the school.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person with good interpersonal skills, a flexible approach and a solid base of technical expertise in the following areas:
- Windows 10
- Microsoft Office
- G Suite
- User account management in Active Directory
- Progresso (or similar MIS)
- Printers, projectors and smartboards
- G Suite
- Office365
