What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, skilled, experienced and dedicated TA3. The successful applicant will have skills, knowledge and experience in working in Key Stage 2 and Key Stage 1.
This post is temporary in the first instance but could lead to permanence subject to budget.
The role will involve being an out of class TA who is flexible enough to run learning interventions, social and emotional interventions and to also work 1:1 occasionally with a dysregulated child short term.
Behaviour is very good in our school and we expect these incidences to be rare and short term.
The successful candidate will be knowledgeable about managing a dysregulated child and will be able to deliver intervention which is directed by the class teacher/ Pupil & Family Support Manager.
This position is part time (32.5 hours) please note the salary quoted is full time equivalent. If successful the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis. Term time plus inset days.
