The Frome Learning Partnership (FLP) have a vacancy for an Intervention Learning Mentor to join the Social, Emotional, and Mental Health team (SEMH) based at Frome College.
The successful candidate will work with individuals or groups of students to provide intervention and support enabling students to fulfil their potential.
The role involves supporting with academic work, providing advice and guidance to students and liaising with parents to encourage involvement in the school environment.
The successful candidate will hold level 2 and 3 safeguarding qualifications, along with Mental Health First Aid and First Aid (physical) qualifications or willing to undertake training.
The postholder will also act as deputy safeguarding lead.
