What skills and experience we're looking for
We are currently recruiting for an IT and Events Technician who provides whole school support in the use of technology to aid teaching and learning, and more generally technology to aid in running the school. You will be in charge of the maintenance of iPads and laptops and managing the logistical movement of these devices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of basic desktop and end user support.
- Excellent inter-personal skills, organisation and communication skills as well as good time management and decision-making skills.
- The ability to work closely and effectively with the IT team.
- Excellent customer handling and inter-personal skills, including diagnostic questioning, and the ability to deal with difficult conflict situations
