As an IT Apprentice, you’ll support the day-to-day running of our Trust’s IT systems, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, learning how to maintain hardware, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to innovative tech solutions that enhance education across our schools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the maintenance and support of IT infrastructure across the Trust.
Provide first-line technical support to staff and pupils.
Help with the setup and configuration of devices and software.
Contribute to IT projects that improve digital learning and accessibility.
Learn and grow through structured training and mentoring.
