IT Apprentice, Level 3 job summary

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, reliable and self-motivated IT Technician Apprentice to assist the Senior IT Technician and Central AET IT Team in the day to day running of the school's network, hardware and digital resources.

Key roles and responsibilities:

First line support and advice to students and staff

Facilitate the smooth running of the internet, email, social media and online resources

Provide support and maintenance for network hardware and software, including classroom support

Provide technical support for school events

Support in-house training as and when required

Manage small projects
