What skills and experience we're looking for
The ideal candidate will:
- Be qualified at degree level
- Have previous experience in IT management
- Possess the ability to lead and motivate others to take a new course with IT services across the Trust
- Be an excellent communicator, take on an advisory role to leaders within the Trust and have relentless focus on the plans that we have in place to deliver the services we need for the future

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our partnership as IT Manager to lead and develop the future of IT provision within our organisation. As an organisation we are evolving and in the process of meeting our ambitions for the future, this is a key post to moving us towards the outstanding education that we aspire to provide within our partnership. The appointment of the IT Manager is a key appointment where the post holder will be responsible for IT strategy and delivery across our partnership. In recent years there has been some great efforts in relation to IT development, but now is the time to move this to the new level, our aspiration is to develop a new IT team within the Trust with the IT Manager leading this team to truly change the way in which we provide education.
