IT/Media Support Technician

Grade: H4
Hours: 37 hrs per week
Contract: Permanent full year (52 weeks)
Actual salary: £22,631 to £23,857 per annum including Fringe.
Sir John Lawes School is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Media Support Technician to join the team.
The purpose of the role is to provide first line media and technical support, including:
- · Troubleshooting and resolving user (staff and student) problems.
- · Basic hardware/software issues.
- · Undertaking specific maintenance and update tasks on the school’s network to support teaching and learning.
This position is an ideal first step or developmental role for a career in IT.
A professional dress code is expected.
