Samuel Ryder Academy (St Albans) is seeking an enthusiastic IT/Media Support Technician to join the team.
The purpose of the role is to provide first line media and technical support, including:
Troubleshooting and resolving user (staff and student) problems
Support the schools 1-1 iPad device program and participate in its Regional Training Centre events.
Basic hardware/software issues
Undertaking specific maintenance and update tasks on the school’s network to support teaching and learning
This position is an ideal first step or developmental role for a career in IT.
A professional dress code is expected.
