IT Support Officer job summary

At Broadleaf Partnership Trust, we create exciting futures – both for our students and our staff. We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Officer to join our Trust-wide team.

Working alongside the IT Director and IT Operations Manager, you will provide a quality IT support service across the MAT. This will include ensuring IT systems run smoothly, securely, reliably and efficiently across the networks for both students and staff and offering first-hand technical support.

As IT Support Officer, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of coherent IT policies and processes across the Trust and assist in the management of a fully integrated IT network. You'll organise and prioritise the day-to-day logistics of the IT team, so good organisational skills are essential.

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in an operational IT role, or similar, who can demonstrate a high level of initiative, competence and confidentiality. As our ideal candidate, you’ll have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively - contributing to the wider team.
