In this pivotal role, you’ll be the first point of contact for IT support, delivering a highly professional service while working closely with school-based staff to solve a variety of IT challenges. Whether it’s resolving issues on-site, maintaining and installing hardware, or configuring software, your work will directly impact our schools’ ability to create innovative and inspiring learning environments.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing IT helpdesk services with a customer-focused approach
- Resolving on-site IT issues promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining and repairing hardware
- Installing and configuring software
- Supporting system administration and backup processes
