What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for ambitious IT Technicians looking to develop their career in IT support and development who are excited to work in the education sector, changing the lives of children.
- Suitable IT qualifications and/or previous experience in support and maintaining IT services
- Experience working with Windows 10/11
- Experience of working within an IT support environment
- Experience of working with IT hardware and ability to diagnose and repair faults
- Experience of Active Directory and User Management
- Experience of working with email communication platforms
- Experience of working with A/V equipment i.e. Interactive screens, projectors, VOIP phones
