What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking to appoint a dynamic IT Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and IT systems management of the academy under the leadership of the Network Manager. The successful candidate will be committed to the students and academy life and will possess the ability to communicate effectively and raise the standards of learning for all the students with whom they are required to work.
About You
You will need to:
- Have a good knowledge of ICT in education
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Be proactive and versatile
- Be competent with Microsoft programs
- Be able to deliver first line support to staff and pupils
- Be professional and able to take ownership of problems.
