IT Technician (Level 2) job summary

We are seeking an IT Technician to join our busy Network team. The successful candidate will have evidence of IT based qualifications and experience of working with both hardware and software, to include Windows based applications. A good working knowledge of Office 2016 and Office 365 is essential.

The successful candidate will respond and resolve problems relating to hardware and software and be the first point of contact between system users and the Network Team.

This post is for 37 hours per week over 52 weeks.
