IT Technician (Level 2) job summary
We are seeking an IT Technician to join our busy ICT Network team. The successful candidate will have evidence of IT based qualifications and experience of working with both hardware and software. A good working knowledge of Windows 10/11 client operating services, Microsoft Office products is essential.
It would be an advantage if candidates had knowledge of resolving technical lighting and sound issues to support our in-house events and performances.
The successful candidate will respond and resolve problems relating to hardware and software and be the first point of contact between system users and the Network Team.
This post is for 37 hours per week over 52 weeks.
