What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate is required to have excellent working knowledge of IT Systems and processes in order to support the staff/students of the school. Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage.
You will need to have a logical thought process, have an ability to demonstrate a high level of organisational skill and have good communication skills.

The Vale Federation of Schools incorporates Booker Park Primary Special School andStocklake Park Secondary Special School. Booker Park School currently educates 239 pupils and Stocklake Park School 104 students, including a Sixth Form. Further details about the role
The successful candidate will be delivering a prompt service to IT requests from Vale Federation staff members. Answering and logging calls, emails and IT tickets. Carry out operational duties on a daily basis, including server backup, system checks and security. Adhere to The Vale Federation IT policy. (Please see candidate pack for further details)

Booker Park School is a special school meeting the needs of primary age pupils with a range of complex needs.
