Your role:

As an ICT Technician, you’ll ensure the smooth operation of our IT services. Reporting to the Senior ICT Technician, you’ll support end users, maintain hardware and software, and manage devices. You’ll handle helpdesk requests, diagnose issues, and escalate when necessary. Engage with suppliers, track support calls, recommend improvements, and identify recurring problems. There’s also an opportunity for Trust-wide GDPR/Data responsibilities with increased remuneration.

If you have excellent IT skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office, can communicate effectively with various stakeholders, work independently, and ensure tasks are completed, this role is perfect for you.

Our IT Services Team provides comprehensive IT and Data services to all academies within our Trust. We aim to improve pupil outcomes through technology, reduce staff workloads and improve efficiency with digital tools.
