Key Stage 1 Class Teacher job summary

We are seeking am excellent classroom practitioner to teach a year 1 class on a full time basis to cover maternity leave initially for 1 term from September 2019.
The successful candidate will need to demonstrate high standards of teaching and learning, have high expectations, enthusiasm and a commitment to raising standards. There is a need for excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an understanding of children's social and emotional development.
The school can offer a supportive working environment with a team of highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistants to support the class teacher.
The school has a commitment to safeguarding and all posts require a criminal background check via DBS, medical clearance and references.
